By the request and suggestion of some concerned brothers and sisters, due to the reason that some of those who are diligently praying for Cassidy and her family are from all around the world and may not know our circle of friends personally, the regular Blog posting may confused them because Dr. Jesse would sometimes refer to people by the names known to local circle only. Therefore, this new Prayer page is made for those who would like to just see the updated prayer needs of the Sheng Family so they can pray more specific prayers for them. So feel free to pass this site onto more prayer buddies to effect a greater prayer power. Thus the name of this new site http://PowerPray.blogspot.com

The story of "Fearless" on Toronto Sun yesterday‏

As many of you had already noticed, Mike Strobel, of the Toronto Sun, dropped by Emily's House to have an interview with Cass on Sunday Nov. 16 and many of you had shared her story too. That's so wonderful of you to make her story known to more people and cheered her up a lot. With this interview, I can once again realize that Cass is, indeed, a courageous girl. Even though she is in such a difficult and painful situation, she still shows people that she is a joyous girl who always thinks positively and that she is bold enough to continue to hang on. Cass is supposed to be the one who needs great support and comfort, yet her attitude of resilience and the way she behaves in return has comforted me.

Thanks to Mike for posting her story of "Fearless" to make it known to many people.

ALL of your encouragement not only will continue to make Cassidy a joyous girl, who always thinks positively, and a brave girl who is bold enough to hang on, but will also continue to empower Cassidy to courageously face her days to come.

The following is the link of the mentioned interview that I would like to share with you all:

Cassidy, I remember seeing you at meets back when I was a swimmer and being so impressed at your talent and determination. Now, I work at Variety and spend a lot of time watching Cori and the Flames team at practice. Every day, I see your strength manifested in them, and how you give them courage and hope in everything they do. I can hardly do you justice with my words, but know that your team still carries you with them in their hearts, and all of us at the Village are humbled and inspired by your fearlessness! God bless you and your loved ones, now and always!
