Cass has settled down at Emily’s House
We helped move Cass last Friday, she has gradually picked up the routines there and gotten used to the environment.
A lot of visitors came to see her every day. Cass was excited when she met her friends and relatives, but became tired and exhausted afterward. She is usually well rested by early afternoon of the day.
Yesterday was another busy day. A lot of things had happened and yet we needed to find another chance to update you with all.
Mike Strobel also came to do a follow up column as he came with the certificate honouring Cass as a torch bearer and he also named her co-kid chair of the variety village fundraiser that he's doing. There will be another column in the Toronto Sun today. Cass's swim friends were also very sweet, Stephanie made some handmade posters and the handmade photo frame that we took pictures of. She also brought along some gifts and decorated Cass's fingernails and toenails with nail sticker art. Cass seemed to like it very much. She had a busy and happy afternoon.
Good friends tell.....(friends visits during the weekend. Thanks for the parents to bring their daughter in to see Cass) |
Once again, our sincere thanks for your concerns, encouragement and assistance. I would also like to continue to ask for your prayer support.
