By the request and suggestion of some concerned brothers and sisters, due to the reason that some of those who are diligently praying for Cassidy and her family are from all around the world and may not know our circle of friends personally, the regular Blog posting may confused them because Dr. Jesse would sometimes refer to people by the names known to local circle only. Therefore, this new Prayer page is made for those who would like to just see the updated prayer needs of the Sheng Family so they can pray more specific prayers for them. So feel free to pass this site onto more prayer buddies to effect a greater prayer power. Thus the name of this new site http://PowerPray.blogspot.com

Cass, our brave swimmer & warrior, keeps fighting

I flipped around the photo albums I have been collecting on my computer. I unintentionally went straight to look for Cass’ photos. I started going through one by one, of her photos, from those taken recently. Some photos were taken when she was at the medal platform receiving her medals at one of the Provincial swim meets in Ontario. The others were taken when she was at the CanAm meets in Calgary and in Miami. All these photos have just reminded me that Cass was a very hardworking and courageous girl. All these moments seemed like to just take place yesterday. Time really flies . . . . . . . . I still remember that she was so excited for the CanAm meets in the States this April. Just wanted to save the trip myself, I did not go along with her. However, I would definitely accompany her had I been given the chance again.

She is still bravely fighting against her cancer and has a strong will to go back to swimming...........
