By the request and suggestion of some concerned brothers and sisters, due to the reason that some of those who are diligently praying for Cassidy and her family are from all around the world and may not know our circle of friends personally, the regular Blog posting may confused them because Dr. Jesse would sometimes refer to people by the names known to local circle only. Therefore, this new Prayer page is made for those who would like to just see the updated prayer needs of the Sheng Family so they can pray more specific prayers for them. Pain level 7/10

May 13, 2014.

Today is the 2nd day since the surgery (May 13, 2014). She is fighting hard to recover!

Cassidy is being kept in the constant observation room. She's been sleeping most of the time and indicated her pain level to be 7 out of 10. They are giving her more morphine orally and from IV as well for the time being. The epidural does not seem to be working as well as expected. She can hardly move & breath deeply because of the pain. She had a fever today so she is being given antibiotics for the infection. Please continue to pray for her recovery from the surgery.
